The Sony CCMC-EA05 is an optional extension cable that increases the maximum length of interconnection between the head unit and control unit (CCU) of the MCC-500MD HD video camera.
The CCMCEA05 (CCMC-EA05) is compatible with the CCMC-SA06 (6m), SA10 (10m) and SA15 (15m) camera cables. Used together with the CCMC-SA15, it provides a maximum connection distance of 20m between the camera head unit and CCU.
Remote positioning of the camera head gives greater integration and operational flexibility in medical environments.
A threaded connector ring provides greater physical security when connecting the extension cable to the camera cable.
