Extron VGA M-F MD/75 (part number 26-112-30) — a 75' (22.8 m) male-to-female VGA extension built on Extron MHRVGA cable.

At seventy-five feet the cable is doing structural work: it crosses a ceiling void, drops a wall, or runs the length of an auditorium, and every metre of that path is shared with lighting and power. Extron's answer here is MHRVGA cable inside an injection-molded connector body with an overall foil shield, plus a shell bonded to ground so static that reaches the plate does not reach the graphics card. The female end lets the run terminate into an existing lead at the display position.
