The Extron TLS 525M (60-1561-102) is the black wall-mount 5-inch room scheduling touchpanel. It connects directly to Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar over your network using PoE for power and data on one cable, so no separate power supply is needed at the wall box. A pair of red/green LEDs signal room status from down the corridor. QR code booking, two-factor authentication for Microsoft 365, and direct reservation from the panel are all standard.
