The STP22P answers it with a blue fire-resistant PVC outer jacket carrying an NEC CMP listing, wrapped around one twisted pair of 22 AWG tinned copper conductors in foamed FEP insulation. A 100 percent aluminum foil shield and a bonded tinned copper drain wire handle noise rejection, and at a 0.118 in nominal diameter this is the thinnest cable in the STP Series — useful when a J-hook run is already crowded.
