Everything about the module is the same as its digital siblings except the signal it carries. A 15-pin HD cable pulls out of the enclosure to any length up to three feet and stays put; the Share button on the connector tells the collaboration switcher to take that input and lights so the room knows which position is live; a press of the release winds the cable back in. The mechanism is tested past 5,000 cycles, and the module weighs 3.5 lbs in a metal and plastic housing. Extron now lists this part as retired.
