One AC outlet, three DC feeds, no per-port ceiling. That last point is what separates the PS 1242 from a multi-way splitter: the full 4.2 amps at 12 volts is available across the three 2-pole captive screw ports in any combination the design calls for. Extron packs the supply into a quarter-rack 1U plastic case with a patent pending enclosure profile, ships it with a ZipClip 200 bracket, and includes a detached 6 foot DC cable with pre-sliced ends, three orange 3.5 mm captive screw connectors and a DC plug so the installer can make up whichever output leads the job needs.
