Extron One USB-C Female to HDMI Female on Pigtail (part number 70-1242-12) — the black single-space MAAP module that takes a USB-C source running DisplayPort Alt Mode and hands it to an HDMI display, at up to 4K/60 with full 4:4:4 colour.

The plate presents a USB-C female connector at the surface. Behind it, a 13.5" (343 mm) lead ends in an HDMI Type A female connector that plugs into the display feed inside the enclosure. EDID, HDCP and audio all pass between source and display, so a laptop with a USB-C output behaves exactly as it would on a native HDMI port. Maximum video data rate is 18 Gbps — 6 Gbps per colour — and the module supports HDMI 2.0b with HDCP 2.3.

Where It Is Used
