Extron One HDMI Female to Female on 10" Pigtail (part number 70-616-13) — a single-space Architectural Adapter Plate carrying an HDMI feed-through on a short pigtail.

Field-terminating HDMI is not practical, so Extron does not ask you to. This AAP puts an HDMI female jack on the visible face of the plate and hands you a 12.75 in pigtail behind it, terminated in a second HDMI female. The installer plugs a pre-made HDMI cable into that pigtail inside the back box and closes up the panel. The plate itself is metal and measures 3.50 in across, the standard single-space AAP width, and the module weighs about a tenth of a pound.
