The MPA 152 Plus delivers 2 channels of Class D amplification — 8 watts rms per channel into 8 ohms, or 15 watts rms per channel into 4 ohms — from a compact quarter-rack 1U metal enclosure just 3.0 in deep. It accepts one balanced/unbalanced 3.5 mm captive screw input, one 3.5 mm mini jack, and a pair of RCA inputs, individually buffered and summed together, making it suited to background music and paging in small rooms, huddle spaces, and offices where a full-size amplifier is impractical.
Mounting is flexible: an optional 1U rack shelf or back-of-rack kit, a mini under-desk kit, or a pole mount all allow the MPA 152 Plus to disappear into the room. The amplifier runs from an external 12 VDC, 2 A power supply, draws under 8 W at idle, and is backed by a 3-year product warranty plus Extron's 7-year Everlast power supply warranty.
