Details
Extron MLC Plus 200 AAP (part number 60-1541-02) — the widest panel in the MediaLink Plus family, combining a ten-button control surface with a four-space AAP aperture in one five-gang opening.
This is the model to specify when a room needs plenty of direct-access buttons and its connection plate in the same location. Ten backlit buttons and a volume knob with LED indication sit at the left of the magnetically held faceplate; the remaining aperture takes up to four single-space Architectural Adapter Plates for HDMI, VGA, audio, USB or charging terminations. Two bidirectional RS-232 ports, two normally open relays, an IR output and a digital input handle the room hardware, and a remote volume port drives Extron MPA Series and select XTRA Series amplifiers. Data and 802.3af Class 3 PoE share one RJ-45 run.

Auditoriums, large lecture theatres, boardrooms and multipurpose halls that switch several sources, raise and lower a screen, and still need laptop connectivity at the wall. The five-gang plate keeps the whole interface on one architectural surface rather than splitting it across two boxes.
