Extron HSA 400 (part number 60-415-03) — the US brushed aluminum Hideaway surface access enclosure, for tables and lecterns where a metallic top finish suits the furniture better than black.

Functionally this is the same tilt-up enclosure as every other HSA 400: press the top, the latch releases, and a gas lift raises the connector panel into view. That panel carries one unswitched AC receptacle, two CAT 6 RJ-45 jacks and mounting space for four single-space or two double-space Extron AAPs. Cabling runs from the panel down through the clamshell to connectors on the underside, so nothing is visible above the table when the unit is closed. US models use a permanently attached cord for a 125 VAC, 60 Hz, 10 A supply.
