Extron HD 4K 101 Plus (part number 60-1621-01) — an HDMI cable equalizer that restores marginal 4K/60 signals at the far end of a long cable run.

HDMI at 18 Gbps is unforgiving: past a certain cable length the eye closes, jitter climbs, and the display drops to black or sparkles. The HD 4K 101 Plus sits immediately ahead of the display, re-opens the incoming eye pattern, corrects skew between the TMDS pairs, and applies pre-emphasis on the way out. It also relays DDC and HDCP traffic, so EDID reads and key exchange complete normally from end to end.
