The FOX3 T 311 SM takes an HDMI 2.0 source and converts video, embedded or analog audio, HID-filtered USB, serial data, infrared and 3D sync into a 1310 nm optical stream on LC-terminated singlemode fiber. Extron identifies 60-1523-12 as the lossless singlemode version: one fiber carries a mathematically lossless 4096x2160/60 4:4:4 picture, while adding the FOX3 LinkLicense 70-1098-12 opens fully uncompressed two-fiber operation. The transmitter pairs with a FOX3 R 311 receiver point to point, or feeds a FOX3 matrix for facility-wide distribution.
