Extron FOX3 SR 331 SM (part number 60-1778-24) — a singlemode fiber receiver configured for uncompressed 4K/60 DisplayPort delivery to a KVM workstation over long runs.
This receiver recovers video, USB HID, audio, and control data sent by a FOX3 T 331 transmitter over singlemode glass at 1310 nm and reconstructs it as scaled DisplayPort output at up to 4096x2160 at 60 Hz, 4:4:4 color. Running uncompressed over two fibers, it reaches 20 km while keeping every pixel bit-for-bit intact, and its USB side stays limited to HID peripherals for tighter security than a general-purpose USB extender.
