Extron FOX3 Matrix 80x IPCP Pro (part number 60-1553-12) — a modular fiber optic matrix switcher scalable to 8x8 up to 80x80, distributing 4K/60 4:4:4 video, audio, USB, and control over fiber.
Built from individual 8-in by 8-out I/O boards, the FOX3 Matrix 80x IPCP Pro routes uncompressed or mathematically lossless 4K/60 signals between any combination of Extron FOX3 transmitters and receivers, while embedding stereo audio, RS-232, USB, and 3D sync onto the same fiber link. This IPCP Pro variant integrates an Extron IPCP Pro Q xi control card with a dedicated AV LAN port, a standard Ethernet LAN port, and a local USB-C configuration port, isolating control traffic from the AV network. Redundant hot-swappable power supplies are standard. Power connects through an IEC 60320 C14, 100-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz inlet, and the frame cools with a right-to-left fan assembly rated for continuous operation.
