Extron's FOX Matrix 3200 is a four-slot card cage, and it is designed to run with some or all of those slots occupied. Any position without a FOX I/O 88 board fitted needs a cover, and this is the part Extron lists for the job: one plate per empty slot. A frame bought as an 8x8 and later grown toward 32x32 will therefore need two or three of these on day one, with plates coming off as boards go in.
