Extron DTP3 T 212 D (part number 60-1714-52, black faceplate) — a two-input decorator-style wallplate transmitter for USB-C and HDMI at 4K/60.
A decorator opening is a small amount of real estate, and this transmitter uses all of it. Behind a 2.6 in faceplate sit a female HDMI type A port, a female USB type C port that accepts DisplayPort Alt Mode over two or four lanes, and a 3.5 mm analog stereo jack whose signal can be embedded onto the digital video before it leaves the plate. One RJ-45 carries the lot to the receiver, and the same pair can power the unit, so no local outlet is needed at the wall. The output is switchable between DTP3 and HDBaseT for compatibility with existing endpoints.
