Extron DTP3 R 301 (part number 60-1773-53) — half-rack DTP3 receiver that delivers 4K/60 HDMI, de-embedded stereo audio, USB 2.0 peripheral data and RS-232 at the far end of one twisted pair run.

Where a plain video extender stops, the DTP3 R 301 keeps going: alongside the uncompressed 4096x2160 image it recovers a full USB 2.0 host connection and fans it out to four type A ports. Interactive displays, webcams, keyboards, mice and storage devices all connect at the display position while the host PC stays back in the rack, up to 330 feet away over shielded CAT 6A. Video runs at up to 18 Gbps with HDCP 2.3 preserved, stereo audio drops out to a balanced captive screw output with a full -100 to 0 dB volume range, and bidirectional serial passes through for display control.
