Extron DTP T HWP 4K 231 D (part number 60-1421-13) — the white version of Extron's single-gang decorator-style 4K HDMI DTP transmitter.

Where a source connection has to live at the wall, in a floor box or inside furniture, this plate keeps the hardware out of sight and the cabling down to one shielded CATx run. It accepts a single HDMI source plus an unbalanced stereo audio feed and delivers both, along with two-way RS-232 and IR, to a DTP-enabled receiver or switcher. The analog audio channel stays separate from the audio embedded in the HDMI stream, so a room microphone mix and a laptop soundtrack can travel together and be split again at the far end.
