This is the mirror of the right/middle layout, and it exists because plate runs are not symmetrical. When the power module, control panel or a bank of terminated AAPs already occupies one side of the enclosure, the pass-through openings need to sit on the opposite side so cables drop clear of everything else. The module itself is a metal single-space plate carrying three different hole sizes, letting a mix of slim control leads and thicker HDMI or USB-C cables pass through the same module without forcing anything.
