Extron ACP VC1 D (part number 60-1861-01) — a decorator-style wall panel giving a room exactly two controls: a rotary volume knob and a mute button.
There is a reason simple panels keep getting specified. Most rooms do not need source selection or preset recall on the wall; they need someone to be able to turn it down. The ACP VC1 D does that with a real rotary encoder rather than up and down buttons, so a large level change takes one gesture, and five bright LEDs beside it show where the level currently sits without anyone having to look at a display. The single soft-touch button is backlit and mutes the system, and its legend is produced in Extron's Custom Button Builder or Button Label Generator. It connects to the ACP port of a DMP Plus Series digital matrix processor and is configured in DSP Configurator; no control processor is involved.
