Wiring Notes

Follow Extron's captive screw wiring guidance: about 3/16 in (5 mm) of bare conductor is the mark. Longer, and adjacent contacts can touch; shorter, and the wire may pull free even with the screws driven home. Leave the ends untinned, since tinned strands lose shape and the joint loosens. Secure the locking screws after all four conductors are seated and torqued.
