Details

The Rocoto MD62 is a zero-latency wireless video system engineered for the operating room, delivering uncompressed-quality 4K (3840 x 2160) at 60Hz from surgical cameras, endoscopy towers, and imaging sources to displays without cables. Its transmitter (part no. MDWL2_B1J1TX) and receiver (part no. MDWL2_B1J1RX) pair over a secure 5GHz link with roughly 1ms of latency, so what the surgeon sees on the monitor tracks the live procedure in real time.

Unlike HDMI-only wireless links, the MD62 adds full 12G-SDI (SMPTE 2082-1) input and output alongside HDMI 2.0, making it a drop-in fit for professional surgical video chains that run 12G-SDI. It supports YCbCr 4:2:2 10-bit color, both 2D and 3D resolutions, and AES-256 encrypted transmission to keep patient video private. A milled aluminum chassis, OLED status display, and VESA mounting make it durable and easy to integrate on carts, booms, and equipment racks.
