This ambulatory receiver wirelessly captures and records pH data transmitted from the Bravo pH capsule, which is temporarily attached to the patient's esophageal wall. By eliminating the need for an uncomfortable transnasal catheter, this system significantly improves patient compliance and comfort during the monitoring period.

Designed with patient mobility in mind, the compact and lightweight receiver can be worn on a belt or shoulder strap, allowing patients to go about their daily routines, including eating, working, and sleeping. The receiver features intuitive symptom buttons, enabling patients to easily log events such as heartburn, regurgitation, or chest pain in real-time, which correlates directly with the recorded pH data.

Following the monitoring period, the stored data is uploaded from the Z91-0010 receiver to a clinical workstation running compatible analysis software.
