Extron XTP PI 400 (part number 60-1298-01) is a compact power injector that remotely powers an XTP twisted-pair transmitter or receiver over the same shielded twisted-pair cable used for AV signal transmission, eliminating the need for a local power supply at the endpoint.

The unit provides four RJ-45 pass-through input connectors and four RJ-45 power-and-pass-through output connectors, each delivering +48 VDC at up to 16.8 watts. It mounts in a half-rack, 1U-high metal enclosure and can also be furniture- or rack-shelf mounted with optional accessories.
