Extron XTP Matrix Blank Plate (part number 70-939-01) is a metal cover panel used to fill an unused input or output board slot on an Extron XTP or XTP II CrossPoint matrix switcher frame.
Every slot in an XTP II CrossPoint frame must have either a board or a blank plate installed. The blank plate secures to the enclosure with the same two-knob mounting system used by the input and output boards, and like the boards, it can be installed or removed without powering down the switcher.
