Extron XTP DTP 22/3 (part number 26-739-03) — a 3 ft (90 cm) factory-terminated S/FTP twisted pair cable for Extron XTP Systems and DTP systems.

Three feet is a rack jumper, and that is exactly where the wrong cable causes trouble. Generic patch leads dumped into a dense rack introduce the crosstalk and return loss that a DTP3 link has no headroom for. This one is built from Extron XTP DTP 22 bulk cable — four individually foil-shielded 22 AWG solid copper pairs inside an overall tinned copper braid — and factory-terminated with XTP DTP 22 RJ-45 plugs and molded strain reliefs. The result is a short link that behaves like the long ones it connects to.
