Extron XTP CP 4o Fiber 4K SM (part number 70-986-02) — a singlemode fiber output board for XTP-based 4K matrix switching.
This four-channel output board plugs into an XTP CrossPoint or XTP II CrossPoint frame and converts the switcher's internal video, audio, and control data into four independent singlemode fiber runs. Because RS-232, IR, and 10/100 Ethernet ride the same LC fiber connection as the video, integrators eliminate the separate copper control wiring that longer AV runs typically require, while keeping full compatibility with the XTP endpoint ecosystem at the display end.
