Extron XTP CP 4i Fiber 4K SM (part number 70-985-02) — a four-input singlemode fiber optic board for the XTP CrossPoint and XTP II CrossPoint matrix family.
This board brings four fiber-connected sources into an XTP CrossPoint frame over LC singlemode cable, carrying 4K video with embedded audio, bidirectional RS-232 and IR, and 10/100 Ethernet on the same optical run. With an 8.5 Gbps optical data rate and a 9 dB maximum loss budget, it reaches up to 10 km on singlemode fiber, letting integrators link sources across campuses or between buildings well beyond copper CATx or multimode fiber limits.
