Part number 60-1759-01 — Eight-channel Class D power amplifier from Extron's XPA Ultra series.

Each of the eight channels drives 35 watts into an 8 or 4 ohm speaker load, packing a high channel count into a half-rack-width, 1U enclosure. Convection cooling with no fan or vents lets multiple units stack in a rack without extra clearance for airflow, useful in projects with many small zones such as ceiling speaker paging or background music.

Four 5-pole captive-screw connectors carry the eight balanced/unbalanced audio channels, with output split across four 4-pole screw-lock terminals wired for 12-22 AWG cable. A single 2-pole control port supports standby switching via external contact closure. Extron rates the enclosure for plenum installation and backs the internal power supply with a 7-year Everlast warranty on top of standard product coverage.
