Extron WPC 210 A EU (part number 70-990-05) — a metal one-gang wallplate that presents HDMI, VGA and analogue stereo audio pass-through connections in a European junction box.

Three signal paths share one plate. HDMI arrives at a female connector on the face and leaves on a female HDMI pigtail behind the wall, so the installer terminates with an ordinary cable rather than a punch-down. VGA and 3.5 mm stereo audio both break out to captive screw connectors, which is how a permanently installed run should be terminated in a junction box. On the video side the plate is rated to HDMI 1.4 with a 10.2 Gbps ceiling, reaching 4096 x 2160 or 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz in 4:4:4, or at 60 Hz using 4:2:0 chroma sampling. Leave at least 1.85 in. of depth inside the box for the device and its cable.
