Extron WC Pro 160 (part number 42-355-01) — the EDID Minder workspace automation controller supplied with the LinkLicense for WC Pro Control Processor upgrade already applied.

Signal presence is the trigger here rather than motion. Connect a laptop or room PC to the HDMI input and the controller sends the display a power-on command; EDID Minder keeps the source and display negotiating cleanly so nothing has to renegotiate resolution each time somebody plugs in. Video passes at up to 4K with 4:4:4 chroma, and a variable analog stereo output on a 5-pole captive screw lets audio break out to a local amplifier. Because this is the 42-355-01 build, Global Configurator Plus and Professional are unlocked from day one, along with TouchLink Pro touchpanels, Network Button Panels and IP Link Secure Platform devices.
