Extron USBC-DPF/0.5 (part number 26-719-01) — a 6 in (15 cm) USB-C male to DisplayPort female adapter pigtail for DisplayPort Alt Mode sources.

Where a room is wired for DisplayPort but the laptops arriving in it have only USB-C, this short tail solves the problem without changing the infrastructure. The USB-C plug goes into the source and the DisplayPort socket accepts the existing permanent cable, so only this six-inch piece has to be swapped as devices change. Extron builds it on a very slim 0.17 in jacket, which matters inside a cable retractor or a crowded floor box.
