Extron UCM 100 (part number 70-903-02) — a universal controller mount that lets Flex55 and EU modules be installed into a standard four-space AAP AV connectivity opening.

Flex55 and EU devices are built for European junction boxes, while AAP openings follow a different geometry — which normally means a room has to commit to one system or the other. The UCM 100 removes that fork in the road. It is a frame that occupies a four-space AAP cutout and accepts a Flex55 or EU module inside it, so a controller designed for an EU box can land in a rack panel, lectern plate, Hideaway surface access enclosure or any other AV connectivity mounting frame. Extron's own instruction card shows a controller such as the MLC 62 RS EU mounted either horizontally or vertically within the frame, which matters when the surrounding panel is tight in one axis.
