Details
Extron TSP 2 (part number 70-1293-20) - a tempered glass screen protector sized for 7" TouchLink Pro touchpanels.
TSP 2 supplies a single sheet of 9H tempered glass cut to the exact profile of the 7-inch TouchLink Pro touchpanel, giving integrators a low-cost way to keep high-traffic control surfaces free of scratches and fingerprint wear. At just 0.01" (0.3 mm) thick, the glass sits flush against the panel face and preserves full capacitive touch response, so gesture and tap accuracy match an unprotected screen. An installation kit - alcohol wipe, lint-free cloth, and dust-removal tape - ships in the box so technicians can mount it cleanly on the first attempt.
Key Capabilities
- 9H-rated tempered glass resists scratches from daily touchpanel use
- 0.01" (0.3 mm) profile preserves full capacitive touch sensitivity
- Cut to 6.95" W x 4.88" H for an exact fit on the 7" panel
- Ships with alcohol wipe, cleaning cloth, and dust-removal tape for install
- Lifts off cleanly for fast replacement without touchpanel downtime
Where It Is Used
TSP 2 is specified anywhere a 7" TouchLink Pro panel sees constant hands-on use: shared conference rooms, scheduling panels outside huddle spaces, clinical and lab environments where surfaces are wiped down frequently, and public-facing lobby kiosks. Swapping a worn protector takes minutes and avoids replacing the touchpanel itself.
