Extron TLI Pro 101 (part number 60-1083-01) — the TouchLink interface that turns a third-party touchscreen into a working control point on an Extron Pro Series system.
Rooms already fitted with a commercial touchscreen do not need a second panel bolted next to it. The TLI Pro 101 sits between that screen and any Extron IP Link Pro control processor: an HDCP-compliant HDMI input is scaled and passed to the display, while a USB type A connection carries touch coordinates back so presses register as real control commands. Layouts are authored in Extron GUI Designer and driven from Global Configurator Plus or Professional, so the same toolchain used for TouchLink Pro panels applies here.
Key Capabilities
- Scales an HDMI source across a range of 800x600 through 1920x1200, plus 2K and 1080p HDTV, with reduced-blanking timings supported.
- Processes 10-bit video for roughly 1 billion colors at a 165 MHz pixel clock, accepting 8, 10 or 12 bits per channel.
- Runs on Power over Ethernet to 802.3af class 3, or on 12 VDC from an external supply, so one Cat cable can serve the whole install.
