Extron TLCA 1 (part number 60-1748-10) is a USB-powered adapter that gives a TouchLink Pro touchpanel a full set of hardware control ports.

Many TouchLink Pro deployments need to trigger relays, fire IR commands, or talk RS-232 to third-party gear, and the touchpanel itself has no room for that hardware. The TLCA 1 clips onto the back of the panel and connects over a Micro-B USB cable, adding two bidirectional RS-232 ports, two normally open relays, one TTL-level IR output, and one digital input. Every port lands on a 3.5 mm captive screw connector so field wiring stays simple, and the whole adapter draws its power from the touchpanel's own USB port.
