Extron SYM BNCM/1 (part number 26-533-11) — a 1 ft (30 cm) VGA to five-BNC-male breakout for short hops between adjacent AV gear.

One foot is the working length for rack neighbours: a scaler feeding the BNC inputs of the distribution amplifier one rack unit below, or a computer interface tied into a patch panel on the same shelf. The assembly starts as a molded 15-pin HD male connector and ends as five color-coded 75 ohm BNC male plugs, with Extron MHR-5 mini high resolution cable in between.
