Extron SYM BNCF/12 (part number 26-531-03) — a 12 ft (3.6 m) cable running from a moulded 15-pin HD male to five colour-coded 75 ohm BNC females.

Twelve feet takes the signal out of the equipment position and across to a patch field or display without any intermediate joint. Building it as one MHR-5 assembly, part 22-020-03, keeps the five 75 ohm legs matched in length and identically shielded, which is what an RGBHV path needs if the picture is to stay registered. The male VGA end plugs straight onto the source; the moulded shell is grounded against ESD with an overall foil shield beneath, and the cable is NEC CM rated.
