Extron SYM BNCF/1 (part number 26-531-11) — a 1 ft (30 cm) assembly with a moulded 15-pin HD male at one end and five colour-coded 75 ohm BNC females at the other.

One foot gives just enough cable to route around a bracket or reach across a patch panel without leaving slack to tie back. Because the VGA end is male, the assembly mounts straight onto a source or display port; the five BNC females then accept individual coaxial jumpers on the RGBHV side. Extron builds all five legs from MHR-5 cable, part 22-020-03, so each is a true 75 ohm path. The moulded shell is grounded against ESD and foil shielded against EMI, on NEC CM rated cable.
