Extron SYF BNCF/0.5 (part number 26-532-01) — a 6 in (15 cm) breakout that turns one 15-pin HD female connector into five colour-coded 75 ohm BNC females.

This is a panel adapter more than a cable. Six inches is just enough to get from a VGA-terminated wall plate or rear panel to a bank of BNC jacks, without the loop of slack a longer assembly would leave behind the plate. Extron builds it on MHR-5 cable, part 22-020-03, so the five legs are true 75 ohm coax rather than thin patch wire; the moulded VGA shell is grounded for ESD protection and the injection moulding carries an overall foil shield against EMI. The jacket is NEC CL2 rated.
