SPK 14 is the heaviest conductor gauge in Extron's bulk speaker cable line. Every length is one pair of bare copper conductors, and Extron builds them with more strands per conductor than comparable cable of the same size, so the finished product bends and routes with noticeably less effort. The jacket on this part is the non-plenum SuperFlex construction and carries sequential numbering, which lets an installer read off remaining footage rather than measure it. A half-length put-up suits smaller jobs that would otherwise leave most of a 1,000 foot reel unused.
