Three gang positions cover most room designs in one enclosure: signal connectivity, a control panel and a spare or network plate. In white the box reads as part of a pale table or teaching wall rather than an add-on. Two base cable openings take the heavier bundle three plates imply, and the whole assembly still sits on top of the furniture, so nothing has to be routed or cut into the surface.
