Details
Details
Extron SGK SF8C (part number 70-1294-03) - an optional square grille kit for the SF 8CT SUB SoundField in-ceiling subwoofer.
Round speaker faces can clash with the square lines of a modern ceiling grid or millwork, and Extron addresses that with a purpose-molded square cover rather than a generic aftermarket trim ring. The SGK SF8C snaps directly over the SF 8CT SUB baffle and is held in place by embedded magnets, so no screws or adhesive are involved and the original enclosure hardware is untouched.
Key Capabilities
- Purpose-fit square grille for the SF 8CT SUB in-ceiling subwoofer.
- Magnetic attachment snaps over the existing baffle with no tools.
- White finish accepts paint to match surrounding architectural colors.
- Sold as a matched pair to fully cover the subwoofer baffle.
- Keeps a square ceiling aesthetic instead of a round grille.
Where It Is Used
Boardrooms, lobbies and retail interiors where the design calls for square ceiling elements throughout and a round subwoofer grille would break the pattern.
