Extron SF 8CT SUB (part number 60-1941-03) — an 8 in in-ceiling subwoofer that adds low-frequency extension to a distributed SoundField speaker system.

Ceiling speakers built for voice and music playback typically roll off well above 100 Hz, leaving program audio thin on the bottom end. The SF 8CT SUB fills that gap from a single 8 in polypropylene driver in a steel-backed, UL 2043 plenum-rated enclosure, and its rotary switch selects 70V taps, 100V taps, or a straight 8 ohm connection so it drops into the same distributed loop as the ceiling and pendant speakers around it. A switch-selectable 120 Hz low-pass filter is enabled by default to keep the crossover clean.
