Extron Retractor XL HDMI (part number 70-1066-04) — the extended-travel version of Extron's HDMI retraction module, giving five feet of reach instead of three.

Large conference tables, tiered classrooms and lectern-to-table runs often place the user farther from the enclosure than a standard retractor can serve. This XL module carries one continuous HDMI cable on a taller spool assembly so the connector can travel up to 5 feet (152 cm) above the surface. Pull out what the seat requires, let go, and the cable stays put; press the release and it winds back at a speed the integrator has already dialled in.

Where It Is Used

Board tables with deep working surfaces, divisible training rooms, courtroom and council chamber positions, and control or reading rooms where the display connection has to reach across the desk and then disappear. Vertical mounting needs roughly 30 inches (76.2 cm) of clearance below the furniture; horizontal and angular orientations are also supported.
