Extron Retractor XL DisplayPort-HDMI (part number 70-1066-43) — a 4K-rated DisplayPort to HDMI retractor with five feet of travel.

Workstations and graphics cards output DisplayPort; the room's displays and switchers are usually HDMI. Rather than leave that mismatch to a dongle, this module builds the conversion into a single continuous cable. A male latching DisplayPort sits at the tabletop end and a male HDMI type A lands on the equipment side. This is the current 4K version; Extron has retired the earlier Retractor Series/2 XL DP-HDMI, part 70-1066-08.
