Extron Retractor XL DC (part number 70-1066-10) — a five foot retractable DC power extension for Dell, HP and other notebook supplies. Extron has retired this part number.

The module keeps a laptop power connection permanently anchored in the furniture instead of trailing a brick and a barrel plug across the floor. A female DC power connector sits under the surface for the manufacturer's own adapter; the user pulls a male DC power connector out of the enclosure and lets the mechanism hold it. Extron ships Dell, HP and blank printable labels with the DC modules so the topside connector can be marked for the hardware it serves.
