Extron Retractor Series/2 XL DP-HDMI (part number 70-1066-08) — the Series/2 XL generation DisplayPort to HDMI retractor, now retired by Extron in favour of the 4K-rated 70-1066-43.
Extron prints this model with the Series/2 designation, which is how the earlier XL cable modules are distinguished from the current Retractor XL naming. The build is the tall XL housing carrying one continuous DisplayPort to HDMI assembly with 5 feet (152 cm) of travel: a latching DisplayPort connector at the surface, an HDMI type A end below. Nothing plugs together mid-run, so there is no adapter to lose and no coupler to fail.
