A Retractor module ends that: the cable lives inside the enclosure, pulls out to the length the user needs, locks there, and returns on a button press. Extron separates the extension and retraction mechanisms so the cable is not under constant strain, and a technician can dial the return speed anywhere across more than 50 steps between 1.5 and 4.0 seconds during commissioning.
